From May 25th 2018 a new data protection law came into force in the UK. This Privacy Notice is made to comply with the new regulations and applies to personal information (data) processed by Robert Bray.

This privacy notice lets you know what happens to any personal data that you give to me (Robert Bray). It applies to all products and services, instances where I collect your personal data for our legitimate business requirements in order to process orders and services and to meet legal requirements.

Personal information that I’ll process in connection with all of my products and services, if relevant, includes:

  3. Records of your contact with me – keep contact details such as your phone number, your mobile phone number and postal and email addresses. These are held on a password-protected computer.
  4. Products and services you have purchased or inquired about with us, as well as any associated payment methods used but not bank account details.

Robert Bray will retain such personal information about you as is necessary to complete a transaction or provide a service that you request. This information will, of necessity, be given to us at the point of placing an order for products or services and thus will be given by your consent.
